[Abstract]  Objective Regard the model of The third lumbar processus transverses vertebrarum syndrome as objection, probe the effect of acicula and clinical meaning through the TXB2 and 5-HT¡¢6-keto-PGF1¦Á       observation on the 10d¡¢15d¡¢25d¡¢30d after operation. Methods 24 rabbits were divided into 4 groups : acupotomology groups¡¢blockade groups¡¢and model groups¡¢normal groups (n=6). To measure the result on the the 10d,15d,25d,30d after the model was come into existence, it was carried out statistical analysis. Pathological observation on the 30 days after operation ,ET-1and 5-HT¡¢6-keto-PGI21§ÑRIA observation on the 10d¡¢15d¡¢25d,30d after operation. Results As compared with the model group, the result of TXB2 has not significant difference on the 10d¡¢15d¡¢25d,30d(p>0.05) ,the significant difference in the M group of PGF1¦Á¡¢TXB2/PGF1¦Á¡¢5¡ªHT(p<0.01). The results of acupotomology groups is better as compared to the blockade groups and acupuncture groups as evident, there was significant difference in the group according rating scale (P<0.001). Pathological observation suggests that the fibroblast arrange in order, capillary vessel hyperplasia dilatation, originality scar organize come into being. Organize rehabilitate ability is stronger. There is significant difference among three groups (P<0.001). Conclusions: The method of the acupotomology could rehabilitate effect on the animal model of the third lumbar processus transverses vertebrarum syndrome as evident and it could provide experimental gist on clinical treatment.
